The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will make a significant funding announcement on Monday, January 15, to help prevent and end homelessness. The Premier will be joined by the Honourable, Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development and Minister Responsible for the Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation.

Members of the media are invited to join the Premier and Minister Dempster in St. John’s at The Gathering Place, located at 172 Military Road, for a tour of the facility at 11:00 a.m. A news conference will follow, beginning at 11:30 a.m. in the social room.
