Special Ballot Voting Begins in Windsor Lake

Special Ballot voting is now available in the district of Windsor Lake.

Electors can vote by Special Ballot in person at two locations: the Windsor Lake district Returning Office located at 25 Hebron Way in St. John’s, and Elections Newfoundland and Labrador’s head office at 35 Hallett Crescent in St. John’s. These offices are open for Special Ballot voting Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

It should be noted that the Special Ballot offices will be closed on Monday, September 3, in observance of the Labour Day holiday.

Special Ballot voting is designed to accommodate electors who will be unable to vote in person at the Advance Polls (Thursday, September 13, and Saturday, September 15) or on by-election day (Thursday, September 20).
