The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will speak at the Biennial Meeting of Newfoundland and Labrador Federation of School Councils (NLFSC) tomorrow (Saturday, November 10) at 9:00 a.m. The meeting is being held at Fairfield Inn and Suites, located at 199 Kenmount Road, St. John’s.

NLFSC is a non-profit organization committed to enhancing the quality of school programs and improving the levels of student achievement in schools throughout the province.
