The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will speak at the 26th Annual Provincial Association of Early Childhood Educators of Newfoundland and Labrador (AECENL) Conference tomorrow (Saturday, October 13). The conference is being held at the Holiday Inn, 180 Portugal Cove Road, St. John’s. The minister will speak at approximately 8:45 a.m.

AECENL is a non-profit organization dedicated to professionalism in Early Childhood Education and to quality child care and education for young children.
