The Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will speak at the CBS Chamber of Commerce Luncheon tomorrow (Tuesday, April 10). The event will take place at the Manuels River Hibernia Interpretation Centre, 7 Conception Bay Highway, CBS, beginning at 12:00 p.m.

Minister Kirby will discuss Budget 2018: Building for Our Future, featuring highlights on education and early childhood development in Newfoundland and Labrador.
