In recognition of Education Week (February 11-17), the Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will attend a proclamation signing on Monday, February 12. The signing will take place at Laval High School, 67-91 Beach Road, Placentia, beginning at 11:00 a.m.

The event is being hosted by the Newfoundland and Labrador’s Teachers’ Association to recognize the work of teachers, school board trustees, the provincial school districts, school councils, support staff and all volunteers who are committed to providing quality education in Newfoundland and Labrador. This year’s theme is Believe and Achieve.
