The Honourable Lisa Dempster, Minister of Children, Seniors and Social Development, will attend the launch of Fall Prevention Month tomorrow (Tuesday, November 6). The event will take place at the Paul Reynolds Community Centre, 35 Carrick Drive, St. John’s, beginning at 10:00 a.m. Minister Dempster will be joined by Derek Bennett, Parliamentary Secretary for Children, Seniors and Social Development.

Fall Prevention Month is a campaign that encourages Canadian organizations and individuals to come together to coordinate fall prevention efforts for a larger impact.
