Public Advisory: Venue Change for Information Sessions for Former Employees of New Harbour Fish Plant

Impacted workers of Daley Brothers Woodman’s Sea Products plant in New Harbour are advised of a change of venue for the information sessions on employment and training services scheduled for May 7.

The sessions will now take place at the Community 5 Lions Club in New Harbour – Dildo from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The information sessions will cover the range of services offered by the Department of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour that can be tailored to assist individuals including career counselling, job search assistance, employment and training supports, and access to localized labour market information. Service Canada will also be in attendance to provide information on the supports available through their organization.
