The Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, will attend the seventh annual Mid Winter Bivver tomorrow (Saturday, March 3), in Grand Falls-Windsor and bring greetings at the Royal Canadian Legion, Queen Street at 6:30 p.m.

The Mid Winter Bivver is a snowmobile and culinary festival held in the Exploits Valley and features snowmobile trail rides, gourmet meals prepared by award-winning chefs, and entertainment.
