Media Advisory: Minister to Tour Area Affected by Fires

The Honourable Eddie Joyce, Minister of Municipal Affairs, will travel today to Milltown-Head of Bay d’Espoir which was affected by three fires earlier this year.

Minister Joyce has been in contact with the local MHA, Tracey Perry, the Mayor and Deputy Mayor and will meet this afternoon with town councillors and officials prior to surveying the damage.

Minister Joyce will be available to answer questions from the media today (Wednesday, January 18) at 3:00 p.m. at the Lions Club in Milltown.
