Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary Bragg to Highlight Projects Funded Under Seafood Innovation and Transition Program
Derrick Bragg, Parliamentary Secretary for Fisheries and Land Resources, will join members of the Fogo Island Co-op on Monday, September 11, to highlight projects funded to date for 2017-18 under the provincial Seafood Innovation and Transition Program.
The event is scheduled to begin at 1:30 p.m. at the Fogo Island Marine Interpretation Centre, Harbour Drive, Seldom.
The program funds projects that focus on technologies and innovations in harvesting, processing, aquaculture and marketing to strategically place Newfoundland and Labrador in a position to avail of opportunities in the international marketplace.
