Public Advisory: Forest Access Roads to Close April 21

Forest access roads in the following areas will be closed to vehicle traffic effective Friday, April 21, and until further notice:

• Gambo area (Drovers Ridge and Northwest Pond);
• Gander Bay area (Weirs Pond and Kinden’s Ridge);
• Botwood;
• Glenwood;
• Birchy Bay; and
• Clarke’s Head

The forest access roads will remain open to snowmobiles and All-Terrain Vehicles.

The closures are necessary to protect the roads from damage during the spring thaw.
