Media Advisory: Premier Ball to Announce Bilateral Agreement on Early Learning and Child Care

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador; the Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development; and the Honourable Seamus O’Regan, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, on behalf of the Honourable Jean-Yves Duclos, Minister of Families, Children and Social Development; will announce the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Early Learning and Child Care Bilateral Agreement tomorrow (Friday, December 15).

The event will take place in St. John’s at the Memorial University Campus Childcare Centre, beginning at 1:00 p.m. The childcare centre is located behind the St. John’s Arts and Culture Centre and can be found by viewing the campus map - www.mun.ca/campus_map/index.php .

Limited parking will be available so those attending are encouraged to carpool or use taxis.
