Media Advisory: Premier Ball to Deliver Keynote Address
at Heavy Civil Association Annual General Meeting

The Honourable Dwight Ball, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will deliver the keynote address at the Heavy Civil Association of Newfoundland and Labrador Annual General Meeting tomorrow (Thursday, January 12) at Holiday Inn, Portugal Cove Road, St. John's, beginning at noon.

Premier Ball will be joined by the Honourable Al Hawkins, Minister of Transportation and Works.
