Today is By-Election Day!
Regular polling for the Mount Pearl North by-election is taking place today. The polls are open from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m.
To find out where to vote, electors should:
- check the Elections Newfoundland and Labrador website (where electors can search for their voting locations using their street names) - www.elections.gov.nl.ca;
- refer to their Voter Information Letters, circulated in the mail by Elections Newfoundland and Labrador;
- call the district Returning Office at 745-4711; or
- call Elections Newfoundland and Labrador toll-free at 1-877-729-7987.
There are 37 regular polls in this district. The results of the advance polls and the Special Ballot vote will be included in the preliminary election results released when the polls close at 8:00 p.m. All combined, Elections Newfoundland and Labrador will be reporting a total of 41 polls (37 regular polls, three advance polls, and one Special Ballot poll).
