Media Advisory: Minister Kirby to Attend UNESCO Meetings in Paris

The Honourable Dale Kirby, Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, will be in Paris, France, November 1-4, for the 39^th Session of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) General Conference.

Minister Kirby will be Head of the Delegation for the Canadian Council of Ministers of Education and Chief Spokesperson for Education. The minister will share key innovations and developments on education reforms in Canada that aim to put global competencies at the forefront of education.
