Media Advisory: Parliamentary Secretary Browne to Participate in ArtsSmarts Program Announcement
Mark Browne, Parliamentary Secretary for Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will speak at an ArtsSmarts program announcement tomorrow (Thursday, September 28). The event takes place at St. Mary’s Elementary School, 124 Waterford Bridge Road in St. John's, beginning at 10:00 a.m.
The ArtsSmarts program gives schools and their communities a chance to enhance artistic activities linked to educational outcomes. The desire is to encourage students to develop their intellectual skills through active participation in the arts.
