Media Advisory: Minister Mitchelmore to Speak at the 17th Annual Nickel Independent Film Festival Opening Night
The Honourable Christopher Mitchelmore, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Industry and Innovation, will speak at the 17th Annual Nickel Independent Film Festival Opening Night today (Tuesday, June 20) at 7:00 p.m. Screenings take place at the LSPU Hall, 3 Victoria Street, St. John’s.
This year’s opening night screening line-up includes Riverhead, the debut feature from Justin Oakey, along with the shorts: The Special from College of the North Atlantic’s Animation Program; Crocuses by Wanda Nolan; and Hila by Adam Bentley.
