Bernard Davis, Parliamentary Secretary for Health and Community Services, will help launch the 17^th Annual Nickel Independent Film Festival tomorrow (Wednesday, June 7) at 10:30 a.m. The event takes place at the Newfoundland Independent Film Cooperative (NIFCO) office, 40 Kings Road, St. John’s.
