The Honourable Gerry Byrne, Minister of Advanced Education, Skills and Labour, will launch The Way Forward on Immigration in Newfoundland and Labrador ,12:00 p.m. tomorrow (Friday, March 24), at Verafin (behind Milestones), 18 Hebron Way, St. John’s.
