Public Advisory: Gander Pool Expected to Reopen in January

Residents of the Gander region are advised that the Arts and Culture Centre Pool in Gander, is expected to reopen in January.

While it has been confirmed that there is significant damage to roof joists at the facility, repairs will be possible without removing the roof. This work is ongoing to ensure the safety of pool users and staff when re-opened. Residents are also advised that there is no impact to the operation of the Gander ACC theatre.

All current registrations for fall programs will be honoured once the pool reopens. Individuals or groups seeking to withdraw their registration and receive a refund can call 709-256-1283.
