Public Advisory: Temporary Air Services in Effect for Fogo Island and Change Islands
Contingency air services are in place beginning tomorrow (Tuesday, April 5) for ferry users of Fogo Island and Change Islands while repairs are carried out to the MV Veteran. The service is dependent on wind and weather conditions.
Fixed Wing Service
Air Labrador has been contracted to provide the service with the following departure times:

| 9:00 a.m. | 9:45 a.m. |
| 10:30 a.m. | 11:15 a.m. |
| 12:00 p.m. | 12:45 p.m. |
| 1:30 p.m. | 2:15 p.m. |
| 3:00 p.m. | 3:45 p.m. |
| 4:30 p.m. | 5:15 p.m. |
| 6:00 p.m. | 6:45 p.m. |
Travellers should contact Air Labrador directly by calling 1-800-563-3042 to make a reservation where credit card payment will be accepted. Cash payment can be made to the purser at the Fogo Island airstrip.
Helicopter Air Service
Helicopter service will operate on an as-needed basis from Farewell between 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Passengers will be charged the standard walk-on passenger fare for both fixed wing and helicopter services.
