All traffic coming into the capital city on the Trans-Canada Highway will be affected by this closure.
The following entrances and ramps to the Outer Ring Road will be closed:

- Kenmount Road and Karwood Drive, both eastbound and westbound access
- Conception Bay South Bypass eastbound access
- Pitts Memorial Drive eastbound access
Electronic signs have been placed along the Outer Ring Road to provide advance notice of the road closure, and barricades will be erected Sunday morning.
