Public Advisory: Provincial Government Mailroom Operations Temporarily Suspended
The Department of Transportation and Works advises that due to the receipt of suspicious packages in various locations across Canada, including here in Newfoundland and Labrador, the distribution and receipt of mail at some Provincial Government mailrooms is temporarily suspended.
The following mailrooms are affected:
- St. John's Confederation Building
- Gander
- Grand Falls-Windsor
- Corner Brook
- Stephenville
- Happy Valley-Goose Bay
An update on the temporary suspension of operations will be provided at 4:00 p.m.
