Media Advisory: Minister to Mark Completion of Marystown Recreation Complex
The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Seniors, Wellness and Social Development, will participate in a ribbon-cutting and tour of the new multi-purpose recreational facility in Marystown tomorrow (Friday, September 4) at 255-263 McGettigan Boulevard. The event begins at 2:00 p.m.
Minister Jackman will be joined by the Honourable Darin King, Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development and MHA for Grand Bank; Bellevue MHA Calvin Peach; and Marystown Mayor Sam Synard. The complex is expected to be open to the public by the end of this month.
