NL Housing Awards Contract for Duplex Renovations

Newfoundland and Labrador Housing Corporation (NLHC) is investing $106,000 to renovate two social housing properties on New Pennywell Road in St. John’s. The contract was recently awarded to Eastern Siding Systems Ltd.

“Over the past eight years, modernization and improvement work has made a visible difference to our social housing properties and improved living environments for our tenants. Most importantly it has helped to create stronger, healthier neighbourhoods where people are proud to live.”
