Media Advisory: Ministers to Attend Closing Ceremonies
for Junior National Curling Championships
The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Seniors, Wellness and Social Development, and the Honourable Tony Cornect, Minister of Service NL, will be in Corner Brook this weekend (January 31 and February 1) to bring greetings at the 2015 Junior National Curling Championships closing ceremonies.
Minister Jackman will attend the women’s closing ceremonies on Saturday, January 31, at the Corner Brook Civic Centre, beginning at approximately 10:30 p.m., following the women’s championship game.
Minister Cornect will attend the men’s closing ceremonies on Sunday, February 1 at the Corner Brook Civic Centre, beginning at approximately 10:30 p.m., following the men’s championship game.
