Service NL Extends Hours of Mount Pearl Motor Registration Division

The Honourable Dan Crummell, Minister of Service NL, announced today that the standard hours of operation at the Motor Registration Division located in Mount Pearl have been extended by more than 20 per cent. This location, which serves the highest volume of clients in the province, will now open one hour earlier, at 8:00 a.m., and will close 30 minutes later, at 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday.

In addition to increased hours of operation, Service NL is pursuing other service enhancements to improve customer experiences while managing within the fiscal means of the department. This change in the hours of operation takes effect immediately and has been completed within the division's existing resources.

The Provincial Government is committed to providing efficient and effective delivery of key programs and services that protect the health and well-being of Newfoundlanders and Labradorians.
