Summary:

The Complainant submitted a privacy complaint under the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (the �ATIPPA�) alleging the Labour Relations Board inappropriately disclosed his personal information when it published a written decision containing his name. The Commissioner found that the Labour Relations Board failed to comply with sections 33 and 36 of the ATIPPA and made several recommendations to avoid such situations in the future.
