Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at Launch of Oil and Gas Week 2015

The Honourable Derrick Dalley, Minister of Natural Resources, will speak at the launch and opening reception of Oil and Gas Week on Monday, February 23. The event takes place at 11:00 a.m. in the gymnasium at the College of the North Atlantic, Prince Philip Drive Campus.

Oil and Gas Week is a partnership initiative between Noia, the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP), three levels of government, and the education sector. The week-long event began in 2003 to raise the profile of the petroleum industry in Newfoundland and Labrador and to build an appreciation for the impact it has on the provincial economy.
