The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, will speak at the opening ceremonies of the Canadian Public Works Association Fall Conference tomorrow (Wednesday, September 30) at 1:00 p.m. The conference is taking place at the Capital Hotel on Kenmount Road, St. John's.
