The Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health and Community Services, will launch a new provincial framework for primary health care reform tomorrow (Tuesday, October 27). The event will take place at The Gathering Place in St. John's, 172 Military Road, at 2:30 p.m.
