Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Health Care Funding Announcement for the Region of Placentia-St. Mary's
The Honourable Felix Collins, Attorney General and MHA for Placentia - St. Mary's, on behalf of the Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health and Community Services, will participate in a funding announcement for health care facilities in Whitbourne tomorrow (Wednesday, September 9).
The announcement will take place in the Dr. William H. Newhook Health Centre in Whitbourne at 11:00 a.m. Minister Collins will be joined by Judy O'Keefe, Regional Director of Long-term Care, Eastern Health; Wayne D. Power, Mayor of the Town of Placentia; and Hilda Whelan, Mayor of the Town of Whitbourne.
