Media Advisory: Minister to Attend Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals' Annual General Meeting
The Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health and Community Services, will speak today (Tuesday, September 8) at the Newfoundland and Labrador Council of Health Professionals (NLCHP) Annual General Meeting. The meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. in the main boardroom at the College of Licensed Practical Nurses, 209 Blackmarsh Road, St. John's.
The NLCHP is an independent body established by legislation under the Health Professions Act and is responsible for the regulation of a number of health professions designated in the areas of registration, professional standards, quality assurance and discipline.
