Media Advisory: Minister and Parliamentary Secretary to Participate in National Seniors' Care Roundtable

The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Seniors, Wellness and Social Development, along with Kevin Pollard, Parliamentary Secretary to the Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health and Community Services, will participate in a national roundtable focused on seniors' issues tomorrow (Thursday, July 16). The event will take place at the Murray Premises Hotel in St. John's, 5 Becks Cove, at 1:00 p.m.

Hosted by the Canadian Medical Association and the Canadian Association of Social Workers, the roundtable provides an opportunity to discuss seniors' issues and the importance of a national strategy to address the needs of seniors.
