Media Advisory: Minister to Recognize Pharmacist Awareness Month

The Honourable Steve Kent, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health and Community Services, will speak at an event hosted by the Pharmacists’ Association of Newfoundland and Labrador to recognize Pharmacist Awareness Month. The event will take place on Monday, March 2 at 7:00 p.m., Holiday Inn, St. John’s.

During Pharmacist Awareness Month, national and provincial pharmacy associations across Canada work together to enhance public awareness of the expanding role of pharmacists. This year’s theme is Pharmacists: Trusted Care When and Where You Need It.
