Media Advisory: Premier to Attend Events in Carbonear and Harbour Grace
The Honourable Paul Davis, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador will be attending two events in Carbonear and Harbour Grace tomorrow (Wednesday, May 27).
Premier Davis will be joined by the Honourable Derek Dalley, Acting Minister of Education, Milton Peach, Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Newfoundland and Labrador English School District, local dignitaries, teachers and students to officially open Carbonear Academy. The event will take place beginning at 9:30 a.m. at Carbonear Academy, 88 Valley Road, Carbonear.
Following the school opening, Premier Davis will participate in the contract signing for the Harbour Grace Multi-Purpose Facility. This event will take place at 11:30 a.m. at the S. W. Moores Memorial Stadium on Harvey Street.
