Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at the Health Care Foundation’s Dialysis Dash

The Honourable Dan Crummell, Minister of Environment and Conservation, will speak at the closing ceremony of the Health Care Foundation’s Dialysis Dash tomorrow (Saturday, August 8). The closing ceremony will take place at Bowring Park at the Park Road entrance off Waterford Bridge Road beginning at 11:00 a.m.

The annual Dialysis Dash is a family pledge-based fitness event designed to promote wellness and awareness about chronic kidney disease in Newfoundland and Labrador. The funds raised at this event will help to support the purchase of dialysis units in St. John’s.
