Public Advisory: Section of T’Railway Provincial Park Closed to Public

The Department of Environment and Conservation advises the public that a 1,200 metre section of the Newfoundland and Labrador T’Railway Provincial Park in the Codroy Pond area will be closed to all pedestrian, ATV, snowmobile and vehicular traffic from Friday, March 13, to Monday, March 23.

The closed section starts 600 metres east of the Trans Canada Highway underpass, east of Codroy Pond and continues east for 1,200 metres terminating at the transmission line right of way.

The area is closed to the public to enable Major’s Logging to complete work in the area. For further information on this closure, please contact Parks and Natural Areas Division at 709-637-2040.
