Media Advisory: Provincial Francophonie Day to be Recognized at Confederation Building

There will be a flag raising to recognize Provincial Francophonie Day today (Friday, May 29) at 11:00 a.m. in the lobby of East Block, Confederation Building.

Provincial Francophonie Day is celebrated annually on May 30 to recognize the cultural, economic and social contributions of the province’s Francophone and Acadian community.

Tony Cornect, MHA for Port au Port, will represent the Provincial Government at the event.
