“The First World War has become a formative moment in the history of our province and who we are as Newfoundlanders and Labradorians. Through the efforts of those at The Rooms and the generosity of Fortis, we are all working together to recognize and pay tribute to the people, places and events that still make the First World War such a significant event in our province’s history. These activities will ensure that we carry their legacy forward with honour and respect.”
