Media Preview and Photo Op: The Rooms in partnership with Subsea 7 and the Canadian Museum of Nature Launch the Arctic Alive! Giant Floor Map

Media are invited to join a Grade 5 class to “walk” across Canada’s Arctic with the unveiling of a new gym-sized Arctic floor map. The giant Arctic floor map and its curriculum-based educational activities, developed by Canadian Geographic in partnership with the Canadian Museum of Nature, will be available to schools across Newfoundland and Labrador starting in September 2015 thanks to the financial support of Subsea 7.

WHAT: Media preview of map and educational activities (including a Grade 5 class from St. Bonaventure’s College)
