Media Advisory: Minister to Speak at Frosty Festival Opening Ceremonies

The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister of Municipal and Intergovernmental Affairs, will speak at the Frosty Festival opening ceremonies tomorrow (Friday, February 7) at the Glacier in Mount Pearl. The event gets underway at 7:00 p.m.

The Frosty Festival has been a fixture in the City of Mount Pearl for over three decades, offering diverse entertainment to all sectors of the population to encourage both indoor and outdoor activity during the winter.
