Media Advisory: Minister to Participate in Sod Turning Event in Happy Valley-Goose Bay

The Honourable Steve Kent, Minister of Health and Community Services, will take part in a sod turning event for the expansion of the Happy Valley-Goose Bay Long-Term Care Home and a funding announcement for the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay tomorrow (Friday, October 3).

Minister Kent will be joined by the Honourable Keith Russell, Minister of Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs and MHA for Lake Melville, and Tony Wakeham, CEO, Labrador-Grenfell Health.

The event will take place in the Happy Valley-Goose Bay Long-Term Care Home at 10:30 a.m.
