“Our government is committed to providing health care facilities that offer quality health care treatments and services. The upgrades to the air handling units will enhance air quality and provide significant benefits to patients, staff and visitors to the facility.”
- The Honourable Clyde Jackman, Minister of Health and Community Services

An allocation of $310,000 will be used to upgrade the air handling units to ensure that the appropriate air flows are maintained throughout the centre.

“This investment in the Bonavista Peninsula Health Centre further demonstrates our government’s commitment to health care in the province. The centre provides important health services to the people of this area, and the investment in equipment and upgrades announced for this facility today enhances the quality of the services we provide.”
- Glen Little, MHA for Bonavista South

An investment of $97,900 will be used to purchase dryers used in laundry services at the centre.

“The investments announced today by the Provincial Government contribute to strengthening health care in our province.
