The Honourable Paul Davis, Minister of Health and Community Services, will announce the expansion of the Provincial Colon Cancer Screening Program tomorrow (Wednesday, June 18) at 11:00 a.m. The announcement will take place in the atrium of the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
Minister Davis will be joined by the Honourable Nick McGrath, Minister of Transportation and Works and Minister Responsible for Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs; Katherine Chubbs, Vice-President of Cancer Care, Eastern Health; Dr. Jerry McGrath, Medical Director, Provincial Colon Cancer Screening Program; Tony Wakeham, President and CEO, Labrador-Grenfell Health; and Norma Forsey, Vice-President of Quality Management, Labrador-Grenfell Health.
