Public Advisory: Section of Road to be Closed in Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s to Repair Road Shoulders

The Department of Transportation and Works advises that Beachy Cove Road, Portugal Cove-St. Philip’s, will be closed between the Beach House and Beachy Cove Cafe on Thursday, August 29, and Friday, August 30. Motorists are asked to use Old Broad Cove Road.

The road closure is necessary to repair road shoulders following recent washouts.
