Public Advisory: Temporary Nighttime Closures for Placentia Lift Bridge

The Department of Transportation and Works advises the Sir Ambrose Shea Lift Bridge in Placentia will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. tonight (Thursday, June 20) and each night from Monday, June 24, to Thursday, June 27, inclusive.

The closures are necessary to continue repairs to the bridge. During these closures, accommodations will be made for emergency vehicles to cross the bridge.
