Public Advisory: Placentia Lift Bridge Nighttime Closures Continue

The Department of Transportation and Works advises the Sir Ambrose Shea Lift Bridge in Placentia will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each night from January 28 to February 1 inclusive.

The closures are necessary to continue the repairs and enhancements being made to the bridge. During these closures, accommodations will be made for emergency vehicles to cross the bridge.
