Public Advisory: Placentia Lift Bridge to be Temporarily Closed at Night

The Department of Transportation and Works advises that the Sir Ambrose Shea Lift Bridge in Placentia will be closed to vehicle traffic from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each night from January 21 to January 25 inclusive.

The closures are necessary to continue the repairs and enhancements being made to the bridge. During these closures, accommodations will be made for emergency vehicles to cross the bridge.
